Myofascial Release is a modality of bodywork that works to alleviate the pain and discomfort that comes with fascial restrictions through gentle and sustained pressure, Each session is hands on/sans oil, allowing the therapist to detect and apply the appropriate amount of sustained and gentle pressure to release fascial restrictions. The goal of these sessions to to eliminate pain and restore mobility.
While myofascial release is safe and effective for full body relief, I especially love helping clients move through neck and shoulder pain that is often associated with stress and overuse injuries.
In foot reflexology, there are points on our feet that align with different muscles, organs and glands in our body. Through stimulating these certain points on the feet, we allow energetic blocks to be released, and bringing fresh blood flow to the area of our body, prompting our bodies self healing response.
