CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: 

If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, you agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. 

You will be charged 50% of the full session rate if you give less than 24 hours’ notice. 

If you cancel within 2 hours or less of your scheduled session, or miss an appointment without giving notice, you will be charged the full session rate. 

If within 24 hours of our session, you develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make your appointment, please inform me and if I am unable to fill your vacancy, you will pay the cancellation fee, or session fee (if less than 2 hours notice), unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of New Life Massage and Reiki. 

ARRIVING ON TIME/SESSION LENGTH: 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full time I have booked for your session. If you arrive on time, or late, please understand the therapist can only give whatever time remains of your appointment, and that you will still pay for the full length of the session that you booked. 

In order for me to receive the best massage therapy possible, please communicate ANYTHING and everything, including your needs, preferences, requests, or feedback, at any time before, during, or after your massage. 

Please communicate right away if there is anything distracting you or if you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that adjustments can be made. 

As your massage therapist, I want your HONEST feedback - positive or negative - I won’t take offense to it, and in fact it helps me be a better practitioner..please speak your needs so I can be of best service to you. 

CONDUCT:

Anything deemed sexually inappropriate or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated before during or after a session. 

Any behavior deemed inappropriate, threatening or harmful will result in an immediate termination of session and of future business with New Life Massage and Reiki.
